Healthbuzzone is created out of our passion (Leon and Adrian) to help others live a healthy and happy lifestyle free from drug prescriptions. The regular use of medical drugs and chemicals have caused untold cases of side-effects and weaken the natural immune system to fight illnesses and diseases.

We believe in the use of herbal and natural foods to counter the scourge of all kinds of health problems due to lack of understanding and discipline. There is hope for everyone to be healthy and happy and stay it that way right into our ripe old age.

This community health website is our attempt to connect with all like minded people like yourselves. We seek to share our knowledge, applications and experiences for the benefit of all who care to share and give back a part of ourselves to the local and international community of which we are now part of a global village.

The success of this project depends on all of us contributing in some ways - a little here and a little there - to make it a meaningful place where we can learn and grow together in this journey of life.
